In response to the significant demand for rapid and functional repair of traumatic wounds, we have innovated new strategies for constructing artificial skin, overcome the difficulties in seed cell selection optimization and stability process, created a new mechanism for functional regeneration of skin appendages after wound healing, and solved technical bottlenecks such as unstable sources of repair cells and functional repair of skin. We are the first in the world to achieve the construction of functional skin with appendages, which can be used for rapid hemostasis, wound closure, and prevention of wound infection. At the same time, we can also customize personalized bioactive skin substitutes, which are suitable for the precise treatment of various chronic wounds.
